Purpose
Forum Lighting Solutions is committed to maintaining the security of its products. We encourage customers, researchers, and other parties to report potential security vulnerabilities responsibly so that they can be investigated and addressed appropriately.
Reporting a Vulnerability
Suspected security vulnerabilities relating to Kinetic Receivers should be reported by email to:
info@forumlightingsolutions.com
Reports should include, where possible:
•Product name and model
•Firmware/software version
•Description of the vulnerability
•Steps required to reproduce the issue
•Any supporting evidence, logs, screenshots, or proof-of-concept material
•Contact details for follow-up communication
Our Response Process
Upon receipt of a vulnerability report, Forum Lighting Solutions will:
1.Acknowledge receipt within 5 working days.
2.Conduct triage and an initial assessment within 10 working days.
3.Request additional information if necessary.
4.Provide status updates at least every 30 days until the matter is resolved or closed.
5.Notify the reporter when remediation activities have been completed, where appropriate.
Coordinated Disclosure
We request that reporters do not publicly disclose a vulnerability until Forum Lighting Solutions has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and, where appropriate, develop and deploy a corrective action.
Forum Lighting Solutions will work with reporters in good faith to understand, validate, and address legitimate security concerns.
Scope.
This policy applies to Kinetic Receivers, and associated software and firmware supplied by Forum Lighting Solutions.
Security Support Period
Security support, including assessment of reported vulnerabilities and provision of applicable security updates, will be provided for a minimum period of five (5) years from the date of manufacture.
